I know I felt that way for a number of years. My life has taken a turn in the right direction as I have learned and worked with the tools that have made me free.  Walking out of  "the pit" of darkness into the LIght of Christ has been so glorious.

  Coming full circle, by following the Pathway to ultimate spiritual health has also, brought me to physical health. God designed man in His image, which means divine health not disease management.  Through learning the principles of spiritual health your WHOLE life changes.
