Welcome Back! Be sure to leave me a message as I would love to hear from you.

Are you satisfied with where you are in life?

How about with what other humans are doing that affects your life?  The culture we live in is a difficult place to put our faith.  Every concept and subject is up for discussion with no doubt left that many are unsatisfied with the answers they searching for.

The only one who can truly satisfy your soul and give you peace is Jesus Christ.

There are many out there, who are questioning the benefits of being saved through the blood of Christ. Perhaps you are one of those who really don’t know whether or not you or a loved one are really saved.

Saved simply means we have found our Savior in Jesus Christ, the one and only begotten son of God. A savior is a person (not a thing) that we can be satisfied in.  We can be assured victory against defeat when we serve our Savior. The one and only person who is truly the savior is Jesus. He died and rose again. He is living in spirit, willing to help all who call on his name.

The following is scripture that supports knowing if you are saved. “That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”   Romans 10:9-10

What are the benefits of being "Saved"?

o   To have a different life HERE on EARTH

o   Enters into the plan of God for his life, instead of working in your own power

o   Entering into Peace with God

o  A life of achieving things that will bring one satisfaction –not necessarily satisfied with temporal work we have done or satisfaction in ourselves.

o   A rich fullness within our own being

o   Through Christ, you are enabled to come nearer your very best.

o   Recipient of  Eternal life in Heaven with God

o   Forgiven of  sin

o   Reconciled and  redeemed

o   Love which is the fruit of the Holy Spirit

Jesus tells us that salvation is obtained by simple believe. That is, we come to the place where we are willing to trust Jesus and Jesus alone for the salvation of our souls. We turn from good works, from religion, from church membership and we realize that salvation is by grace and faith alone.

What could be simpler?  Awe, well one thing. To take no action at all in your life.  The one thing easier than being saved is that of going to Hell. To go to Hell, you have to do absolutely nothing! After all, you are headed there when you are born into this world and the only way to avoid Hell is to come to accept Jesus as your savior.

Being saved doesn’t mean a life with out problems, however the power that comes with salvation equips us to life a life of peace amidst any turmoil. A life of joy in Christ.
